2. Nature of Service

2.1 Self-Service Compliance Tool

StatusShield is a self-service immigration compliance assessment tool. When you use our Service, YOU are the customer ordering an analysis of YOUR OWN public social media profiles. This is NOT:

  • Legal advice or immigration consultation services
  • A report that will be provided to or shared with USCIS or third parties
  • A guarantee or prediction of visa approval or denial

2.2 Educational Purpose

Our Service provides educational information to help you identify potential discrepancies in your digital footprint that may be relevant to immigration applications. All reports and analysis are for YOUR personal use and should be reviewed with a licensed immigration attorney.

2.3 Not Legal Advice

StatusShield is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information provided by our Service is for educational and informational purposes only.
